New Titles and prices slashed in January Sales (Shock-Horror)

Foxy Productions are excited to annouce the up coming release of three new titles and a general price reduction on all catalogue items.

There's been a great deal of activity at Foxy this year which hasn't as yet, really manifested as concrete releases. Now we are happy to announce that there are new CDs by The Fabulous Bird Architects, Paroksha (formerly Present Tense and now with amazing bassist Antonio Quijano) and the MD himself.

To celebrate this news, we are cutting the price of all catalogue items so now is a very good moment to pluck up the courage and take the plunge. We've never disappointed yet !

The Fabulous Bird Architects release "Gone" on the SLAM label. This is the first studio recorded album by the Birds in their entire history and it's an absolute powderkeg from the opening salvo of 'Under The Influence' to the blistering climax of 'That Phantom Power'. The band will be out playing live in 2009 so catch them if you can.

Paroksha release "Black Crow flies to NYC" and it's their first collaboration with superb Puerto Rican bassist Antonio Quijano. Recorded here at Andersonshelta live in one take, it has echoes of the great fusion pioneers such as Weather Report, Lifetime and Miles Davis. Antonio is planning a series of appearances at jazz festivals this summer with his group 'The Kazimir Effect' that feature players from Paroksha so expect fireworks there.

Finally, an album of soundscapes, 'Metaphysical Soundscapes' are 12 bio-electronic meditiations conceived, created and recorded live in the studio at Andersonshelta by YOYO. These ambient tone poems are designed to have a variety of applications: pure meditiation, sound-dressing for environments, or as companion backing for further musical collaborations and music-chains. Musicians, monks and mixers alike will find this album of consciousness sound evocative and provoking.

Here's wishing you all Health, Wealth and above all Happiness in 2009 and on into the future.
